Acrisure is seeking a Leaves Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support for the leave of absence process. You will manage intake, document tracking, and communications, ensuring cases are logged and routed for review.

The ideal candidate is organized, empathetic, and detail-focused, with a proactive approach to process improvements. You will work with the HR team to handle sensitive cases, maintain confidentiality, and support compliance with FMLA/ADA regulations while

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years in HR, benefits, customer service or operations.
• Multi-state experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist with intake and tracking of employee leave requests (e.g., medical, personal, family).
• Support development of team processes and procedures, and utilization of technology resources.
• Process documentation according to compliance deadlines and respond to initial inquiries from employees.
• Enter and update leave records in Workday and internal tracking tools.
• Audit data entries for accuracy and flag inconsistencies.
• Assist with return-to-work logistics and employee outreach.
• Partner with the HR team to elevate complex leave, ADA, or compliance scenarios.
• Maintain secure and compliant documentation practices.
• Learn and apply foundational leave-related regulations (FMLA, ADA, etc.).
