Michels Corporation is hiring a Leave Management Analyst to support administration, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement of the organization’s leave programs. The role focuses on accurate data analysis, reporting, auditing, and process administration with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and timeliness.

The ideal candidate will hold a related bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years HR experience, possess advanced Excel skills, and understand multi-state leave laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; 1–3 years HR experience.
• Strong communication skills; professional image at all times.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, formulas, data validation, dashboards, trend/variance analysis.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification (desired).
• Experience in multi-state or complex leave environment (desirable).
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, USERRA, and state/local leave laws (desired).

Responsibilities

• Administer leave and absence management programs; ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Produce data analyses, reports, audits, and process improvements.
• Maintain confidential leave information and support continuous improvement initiatives.
