Michels Corporation seeks a Leave Management Analyst to support administration, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement of the organization’s leave and absence management programs. The Leave Management Analyst supports the administration, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement of the organization's leave and absence management programs. This role serves as the primary resource for leave-related data analysis, reporting, auditing, and process administration, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of leave information. Critical for Success is the ability to produce highly accurate work in a timely manner, maintain strong attention to detail, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

What it takes:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, preference to HR, 1-3 years of HR experience
• Strong communication skills. Must present a professional, positive image at all times
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP and VLOOKUP, Advanced formulas and functions, Data validation techniques, Data reconciliation, Dashboard and report creation, Trend and variance analysis
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP Certification (desired)
• Experience in a multi-state or complex leave environment (desired)
• Strong working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, USERRA, and state and local leave laws (desired)
