Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 1-3 years HR experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and professional presentation at all times.
• Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data validation, reconciliation, dashboards.
