Job summary

Lennar Corporation seeks a Benefits Analyst to manage leave programs and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws. You will oversee FMLA, disability, parental, and other leave types while maintaining data integrity and coordinating with vendors.

Join a collaborative HR team, analyze leave trends, and deliver actionable reports to management. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and 5+ years of benefits experience are required, with CEBS/SHRM certs a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance or related field.
• 5+ years of benefits administration or data analysis experience.
• Strong Excel skills with data manipulation and visualization.
• Certifications (CEBS, PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leave programs (FMLA, disability, parental and more).
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data accuracy across benefits data.
• Prepare management reports on leave usage and costs.
• Provide guidance and support to associates on leave options.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, and payroll on policy updates.
