Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Leave Operations Analyst for a temp-to-hire position in Malvern, PA. You will oversee leave programs for U.S. and Canadian populations, supporting HR partners and employees while maintaining accurate Workday Absence Management data.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in leave administration, benefits administration, HR operations, payroll administration, or a related field.
• Progressive experience supporting leave, disability, time-off, or benefits programs.
• Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, state Paid Family and Medical Leave programs, and company leave policies.
• Experience working in a multi-vendor, cross-functional HR environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support employees, managers, HR partners, and vendors.
• Ability to develop documentation, follow established procedures, and maintain a high level of data accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Administer U.S. and Canadian leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, disability, and state or provincial leave programs.
• Support HR partners, managers, and employees with leave‑related inquiries, processes, documentation, and escalations.
• Maintain accurate leave data and transactions within Workday Absence Management.
• Conduct audits and reconciliations related to payroll, leave, disability, vendor files, and HR data accuracy.
• Identify discrepancies, operational risks, and process gaps while coordinating corrective actions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with Workday testing, troubleshooting, system enhancements, reporting, dashboards, standard operating procedures, and training documentation.
