Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Benefits Analyst to manage and analyze the company's leave programs, ensuring compliance, and supporting associates with benefit programs. This role focuses onLeave Administration, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize benefits processes.

You will develop and update policies, generate management reports, train HR and managers, and explore automation opportunities to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in benefits administration or data analysis.
• Strong Excel skills and data visualization ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leave program administration including FMLA and disability leave.
• Serve as primary contact for leave inquiries and return-to-work.
• Develop and update leave policies in line with laws.
• Ensure data integrity and prepare management reports.
• Stay compliant with applicable benefits laws and trends.
• Provide training on leave policies to HR and managers.
• Drive process improvements and automation in benefits.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Legal, and other departments.
