Job summary

Lennar is seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Analyst to manage and analyze associates' leave programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate data handling. This role requires strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Office skills and clear communication with associates and managers.

You will oversee FMLA and disability leaves, develop policy updates, forecast costs, and collaborate with Payroll, HR, Legal, and vendors to optimize benefits administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related field.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with large datasets.
• Strong communication skills with associates and managers.
• Experience with leave administration and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of various types of leave (FMLA, disability, parental, military).
• Analyze leave data, forecast costs, and report to management.
• Develop and update leave policies and guidelines.
• Provide guidance and support to associates and managers on leave options.
• Ensure data integrity and confidential record-keeping for leave cases.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Legal and vendor partners to optimize processes.
