Motion Industries in Alabama seeks a Manager of Financial Administration to oversee fleet operations and drive operational and financial efficiencies across the organization.
You will lead ERP and PeopleSoft processes, partner with field leadership and Motion Finance, and mentor a team of analysts to deliver accurate reporting and strategic insights.
The Manager of Financial Administration primary responsibility will be to provide management and oversight of Motion’s fleet operations driving operational and financial efficiencies. In addition, the Manager of Financial Administration will manage the organization’s operational structure in the various operating systems as well as the financial structure in the general ledger system to provide the base for accurate operational and financial reporting. This position will contribute world class financial leadership and resources in support of Motion’s strategic goals.
Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field and five (5) years of experience.
Ability to travel as needed, up to 15 - 20%
