Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Sales Manager to assist the Division Vice President in driving profitability and growth across assigned branches in Florida. The role oversees branch sales performance and reallocates resources to boost results, including strategy development and cross-division collaboration.
You will lead sales planning, budgeting, and the execution of initiatives to penetrate new markets, while coaching teams to achieve targets and deliver compelling bids and demonstrations.
The Sales Manager assists the Division Vice President in managing the overall success of assigned branches, by maximizing profitability, generating sales individually and through the leadership of others. This role monitors the performance of the sales teams or branches within the region and re-allocates resources to improve overall results.
Typically requires a bachelor's degree and five (5) to ten (10) years of related experience or the equivalent combination.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Domestic and international travel required
