Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the leasing consultants, drive occupancy, and ensure an exceptional move-in experience for residents. You will guide tours, close leases, and work with the team to maintain accurate resident ledgers.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of leasing experience in residential properties, strong communication skills, and comfort with property management software. This on-site role offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• One year of leasing experience in residential property management.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays as required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech savvy – able to learn and work with property management applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate leasing consultants to hit occupancy goals.
• Maintain resident ledgers, post rents, issue charges and final statements.
• Initiate lease violations, late rent notices and evictions as needed.
• Assist Property Manager with month-end accounting tasks.
• Oversee leasing from tour to move-in and sign lease documents.
