ResProp Management is seeking a Leasing Associate to manage the full leasing cycle—from tours through move-in—while marketing the property and assisting with resident relations. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, accurate lease administration, and close collaboration with the team to meet occupancy goals.

The position requires a cheerful, tech-savvy approach, and a focus on closing sales. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in including closing the sale, completing lease documents and inspecting apartments for move-in readiness.
• Understand the property's features and relay value to prospective residents.
• Create marketing strategies to increase traffic through online posts, social media, and outreach marketing.
• Support occupancy and retention by following up with potential and current residents.
• Use problem solving to handle unpredictable situations with good judgment.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the property and competitors to inform residents.
• Build relationships with residents through courteous and timely responses.
• Prepare lease documents and resident files with attention to detail, including related bookkeeping tasks.
• Collaborate with teammates to plan resident events.
• Assist Assistant Manager in collection of delinquent rents.
• Visually inspect/prepare the property daily for cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays and weekends.
