ResProp Management is seeking a dynamic Leasing Specialist to guide prospects from tour to move-in, close leases, and ensure a seamless resident handoff. You will market the property online, engage in outreach, maintain property knowledge, and support occupancy goals through proactive follow-up.

You will develop relationships with residents, handle lease documentation with attention to detail, participate in resident events, and assist with delinquent rent collections while upholding exceptional

• Understand property features to match prospective residents’ needs.
• Market the property online, via social media, and outreach to increase traffic.
• Support occupancy and retention through follow-up with prospects and residents.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of the property and competitors to inform residents.
• Build relationships with residents and respond to their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
• Prepare lease documents and resident files with strong attention to detail.
• Assist with delinquent rent collections and collaborate with the Assistant Manager.
