ResProp Management is seeking a Leasing Associate to manage tours, close leases, and prepare documentation. You will market the property, engage prospective residents, and support occupancy and retention goals.

Ideal candidates bring strong sales skills, customer service, and familiarity with property management software. This on-site role offers opportunities for career growth within the ResProp portfolio.

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, including closing the sale and completing lease documents.
• Highlight property features to prospective residents and tailor messaging to needs.
• Implement marketing strategies across online platforms and social media to increase traffic.
• Support occupancy and retention by following up with prospects and residents.
• Handle issues with good judgment and customer-first mindset.
• Maintain knowledge of the property and competitors to provide accurate information.
• Build resident relationships through timely and courteous responses.
• Prepare lease documents, resident files, and related bookkeeping tasks with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with teammates to plan resident events and community activities.
• Assist in the collection of delinquent rents as needed.
• Daily property inspections for cleanliness and curb appeal; maintain work area.
