Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a Leasing Lead in Dallas to motivate the leasing team, drive occupancy, and deliver exceptional move-in experiences. You will oversee tours, finalize leases, and maintain accurate resident ledgers to ensure financial accuracy.

The role requires strong sales, customer service, and communication skills, plus tech-savviness with property management software. Weekend availability may be required as part of a varied schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leasing experience in residential property management.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Cheerful attitude and focus on customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech savvy – able to learn/work with property management applications.
• Strength in Sales / Leasing / Closing / Delinquency & Renewal management.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing consultants by applying creative sales strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Maintain resident ledgers, post rent payments, and issue charges/credits.
• Initiate lease violations, late notices, and evictions as needed.
• Assist Property Manager with Month End accounting.
• Guide leasing process from tour to move-in and close deals.
