Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Bend, OR to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and high resident satisfaction, while maintaining accurate leasing records and ensuring excellent customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma and prior sales or residential leasing experience, plus proficiency with Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of traffic activity and leasing processes.
• Qualify prospective residents, lease apartments, prepare lease documents, and complete move-in paperwork.
• Tour model apartments and orient residents to the property.
• Process renewal paperwork and ensure timely delivery to residents.
