You will qualify prospects, tour model apartments, prepare paperwork, and maintain accurate records; strong communication and organization are essential.

Experience with Yardi Voyager and MS Office is preferred; a high school diploma is required, with sales or leasing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospects and prepare lease documentation.
• Tour model apartments and orient residents to the property.
• Process renewal paperwork and maintain traffic records.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, mail or email.
• Assist with resident activities to boost retention.
