Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate rentals, lease renewals, and resident relations at our Arlington property. You will qualify prospects, present units, and ensure compliance with housing programs while maintaining high occupancy and service standards.

Ideal candidates have leasing or sales experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Yardi Voyager and MS Office. A High school diploma is required, with on-site responsibilities and weekend flexibility as

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; strong customer service skills.
• 1 year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• Experience with affordable housing programs (LIHTC/Section 8) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, and renewals.
• Qualify prospective residents and prepare lease documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and weekly leasing reports.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote a quality living experience.
