Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ year of previous sales experience preferred.
• 1 year of previous residential leasing experience preferred.
• Experience with Affordable Housing Programs (LIHTC, Section 8) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals and lease renewals/recertifications.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and satisfaction.
• Process renewal paperwork and ensure documentation is delivered monthly.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and residents are oriented to the property.
