Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, retention, and occupancy with a customer-first focus in Tulsa. You will greet visitors, prepare move-in packages, and process applications while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing rules.

Strong verbal and written English skills are essential; Spanish bilingual is a plus. You’ll use Yardi and MS Office, handle deposits, and support the team with renewals and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with the public and/or sales.
• Strong verbal and written English communication; bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Fair Housing Certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Proficient with MS Office and property software.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify according to criteria.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits and maintain guest cards.
• Inspect models and communicate service needs.
• Process applications and deposits per procedures.
• Monitor renewals and distribute notices.
• Represent the company professionally.
• Handle rental payments and input data into Yardi.
• Assist management with tasks and implement policies.
