• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documentation and complete move-in paperwork and processes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of traffic activity and leases.
• Assist with clerical support and reporting duties as needed.
