Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documentation and complete move-in paperwork and processes.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and follow up with prospective residents.
• Tour model apartments and ensure move-in condition of apartments.
• Provide clerical support and assist with resident relations.
