Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospects, schedule tours, prepare lease documentation, and process move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic, applications, and leases; follow up with prospects by phone, mail, or email.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and assist with planning resident activities as needed.
