Greystar in Alpharetta, GA seeks a Leasing Professional to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, achieving occupancy and revenue goals while delivering resident satisfaction from move-in through lease renewals.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks, and prepare leases. You’ll also market the property, track activity with OneSite/Yardi, and support renewal communications.

Formación

• Essential leasing/sales skills and strong customer service.
• Ability to conduct property tours and process applications.
• Familiarity with marketing activities to drive traffic.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit/background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Execute marketing activities, including online ads and referrals, and use on-site management software to track data.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and meet renewing residents before move-out dates.
