Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a 320-unit mid-rise community. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, run credit and background checks, and prepare move-in paperwork.

You’ll stay informed about market conditions, develop short- and long-term plans to maintain occupancy, and ensure leases and renewals are executed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods and bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, showing apartments, processing applications, and preparing leases.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures units are move-in ready, coordinating maintenance as needed.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies related to concessions and programs.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to create traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and online marketing.
• Uses on-site software to track availability, record activity, and manage resident data.
• Ensures show units meet standards for quality and prepares leasing office for daily activity.
• Follows up with prospects and new residents to finalize lease or renewal decisions.
• Supports lease renewal process by preparing renewal letters and coordinating with renewing residents.
• Responds promptly to resident/owner questions and documents requests.
