Zusammenfassung

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a 131‑unit property. You will conduct tours, process applications, run credit checks, sign leases, and support resident satisfaction from move‑in through renewal.

The role requires 1–2 years of leasing experience, strong customer service, and familiarity with Yardi and on‑site marketing tools. Evening/weekend schedule and a valid driver’s license may be needed.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of leasing experience required.
• Customer Service Oriented or Leasing Background highly preferred.
• Lease Up, Yardi7s, CRM, SNAPPT experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare leases and move‑in packages.
• Ensure apartments are move‑in ready and coordinate with maintenance for outstanding items.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic to the community.
• Use on‑site software to track availability, traffic, and resident data and ensure data accuracy.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to drive lease signings and renewals.
