Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will drive occupancy and revenue by guiding prospects through show units, processing applications, and handling renewals.

The role requires strong sales and customer service skills, familiarity with on-site software, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.

• Ability to plan and execute marketing activities to drive traffic.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments and ensure move-in readiness and coordinate maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community.
• Use on-site software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office for daily activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases or renewals.
• Support lease renewal processes and communicate with renewing residents.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and coordinate with relevant teams.
