Greystar is seeking a leasing coordinator to help manage leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies across a community. You will handle tours, applications, screenings, and move-in packages, ensuring a smooth resident experience and timely lease renewals.

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare lease and move-in package, support smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and ensure readiness, coordinate with maintenance for any items.
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activity; develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic: referrals, employer outreach, online tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email).
• Use on-site software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, traffic, leasing activities, and resident data.
