Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare move-in packages.

You will also monitor market conditions, implement marketing plans, manage show units, and support lease renewals to maximize resident satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and resident relations.
• Ability to greet prospects, tour properties, and process applications.
• Familiarity with on-site marketing and show unit presentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate with maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Assist with lease renewals and renewal communications to residents.
