Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across the community to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare leases, and handle move-ins and renewals. This role emphasizes strong customer service, local market awareness, and flexible hours with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leasing apartments and processing applications
• Greeting prospects, conducting tours, and qualifying leads
• Knowledge of online rental marketing and lead generation
• Familiarity with property management software (OneSite, Yardi) preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Inspect units and coordinate move-ins with maintenance.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Utilize online tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email) to drive traffic.
• Follow up with prospects to secure leases and renewals.
• Support lease renewals by preparing renewal packages.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries.
