Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Marketing Coordinator to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages to ensure smooth move-ins and signed leases.

Daily responsibilities include staying informed about market conditions, designing marketing activities, using on-site management software to track availability and leads, and supporting the renewal

Qualifications

• Experience in sales/leasing within property management or real estate.
• Ability to walk prospects through tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins.
