Job summary

Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare lease documents, and ensure smooth move-ins.

The role requires active engagement with marketing initiatives and responsive resident service to sustain occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must possess licenses/certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and finalize lease signings.
• Inspect move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance for any items.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including employer outreach and online campaigns.
• Track availability, traffic, and leasing data using on-site software and maintain accurate resident information.
• Ensure show units meet company standards by inspecting marketing corridors and facilities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and secure renewals.
• Support lease renewals by preparing renewal packages and contacting renewing residents.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner inquiries and document requests.
