Job summary

Vivmark Residential invites motivated professionals to join its leasing team in Los Angeles. As a Leasing Consultant, you will conduct tours, match residents to ideal floorplans, and drive leasing performance through creative outreach and personalized service.

You will manage inquiries, maintain a strong resident pipeline, and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional living experiences. Weekend availability, strong customer service skills, and knowledge of property management software

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leasing or customer service experience is preferred.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and multitasking abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and tailor floorplan recommendations to residents.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into applications.
• Coordinate with the leasing team to ensure a smooth resident move-in process.
• Work weekends, including Saturdays, to meet high-traffic leasing times.
