Vivmark Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage daily leasing operations at our apartment community. You will conduct tours, guide prospective residents to suitable floorplans, and follow up on leads to maximize occupancy while delivering a premium living experience.

The role requires a positive, service-oriented approach, weekend availability, and ability to work in a dynamic team environment. Experience in real estate and knowledge of Fair Housing laws are a plus.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of leasing or customer service experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Mansioni

• Assist residents in finding the best apartment home and conduct tours.
• Customize tours and recommend floorplans based on preferences.
• Follow up on leads to convert to evaluations and leases.
• Coordinate with property teams to ensure a luxurious resident experience.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospective residents to nurture renewals.
