Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized tours and assist residents in finding suitable floorplans.
• Follow leads and maintain relationships to convert prospective residents.
