Qualifications

• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in finding the best apartment home and conduct tours tailored to preferences.
• Manage daily leasing operations to ensure a smooth resident experience.
• Follow up on leads to maximize occupancy and leasing performance.
