You will stay informed about market conditions, implement marketing plans, and use OneSite/Yardi to track data and show units to prospective residents. This is an on-site, full-time position with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Sales and leasing experience to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ability to greet prospects, tour properties, and process applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare lease packages, and ensure smooth move-in.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and respond to market conditions.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic and manage referrals and use internet marketing tools.
• Utilize OneSite/Yardi to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases or renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and contact renewing residents to ensure timely renewals.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner concerns and document requests.
