Qualifications

• Must be able to greet and qualify prospects and conduct community tours.
• Handle applications, credit screening, and background checks for new residents.
• Assist with lease preparation, move-in, and renewal processes.
• Maintain occupancy and leasing goals through marketing plans and programs.
• Operate on-site software to track availability and leasing activities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and lease documents.
• Inspect units pre-move-in and coordinate with maintenance on issues.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Drive traffic through on-site and internet marketing activities; referrals and outreach.
• Support lease renewals with letters, packages, and timely sign-offs.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner questions and resolve issues.
