You will drive occupancy through resident retention, leasing current and future availability, and by delivering the Cardinal Way of Leasing to customers in person and over the phone. The position requires evenings and weekends and provides benefits and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• High-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent service orientation.
• Great with people — warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone.
• Typing and writing ability for correspondence and memos.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service by consistently going above and beyond to ensure Cardinal customers are satisfied.
• Utilize the Cardinal Way of Leasing by greeting prospective clients, answering calls, determining needs, presenting the community, selling benefits, closing, and following up.
• Complete all lease applications and lease file paperwork.
• Maintain accurate lease file documentation and participate in lease file audits.
• Maintain cleanliness of the tour path for a positive first impression.
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude with team members, residents, prospective residents, and vendors.
• Participate in and assist with planning community events.
• Assist with various additional community projects as assigned by the Community Manager.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
