Cardinal is seeking a Leasing Team Member to help achieve 100% occupancy through welcoming prospects, presenting the community, and guiding applicants through the leasing process. This full-time, non-exempt role rewards high-energy individuals with earnings potential, training, and opportunity for advancement.

You will multitask between customer service, sales, and administrative duties while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High-energy and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• Great with people — warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service by consistently going above and beyond to ensure customers are satisfied.
• Greet prospective clients, answer leasing calls, determine needs and preferences, and present the community and apartments.
• Complete all lease applications and lease file paperwork; maintain accurate lease documentation.
• Assist with planning community events and other projects as assigned by the Community Manager.
• Maintain the tour path cleanliness and demonstrate a positive, professional attitude with residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
