Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer service and sales.
• High-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer skills: typing and writing.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Available evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service as a leasing ambassador.
• Greet prospective clients and answer leasing calls; determine needs.
• Present the community and apartments; use feature/benefit selling; close the sale; follow up.
• Complete lease applications and paperwork.
• Maintain lease file documentation and audits.
• Keep tour path clean for a positive first impression.
• Maintain positive attitude with team, residents, and vendors.
• Assist with community events planning.
• Support other community projects as assigned by the Community Manager.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
