Job summary

Cardinal Group Companies is hiring a Leasing Team Member in Boone, NC. This full-time, non-exempt role emphasizes strong customer service, sales ability, and a high-energy approach to achieve 100% occupancy through leasing current availability and pre-leasing future units.

You will greet clients, respond to leasing inquiries, present the community, process leases, and support events and daily operations with a positive, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High energy and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent service mindset and friendly demeanor.
• Great with people—warm, friendly, and helpful in person and on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service and ensure Cardinal customers are satisfied.
• Greet prospective clients and answer leasing calls; present community and homes.
• Complete all lease applications and maintain lease file documentation.
• Maintain tour path cleanliness and positive professional attitude with residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Assist with planning community events and other projects as assigned by Community Manager.
