Cardinal Parkville is seeking a Leasing Team Member to drive occupancy through exceptional customer service and proactive leasing. You will welcome prospective residents, present the community, and guide applicants through the leasing process with enthusiasm.

The role emphasizes staying energetic in a fast-paced environment, teamwork, and a commitment to Cardinal Core Values. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High-energy and fast-paced environment.
• Enjoys providing excellent service.
• Great with people — warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service by consistently going above and beyond to ensure that Cardinal customers are satisfied.
• Use the Cardinal Way of Leasing by warmly greeting prospective clients, answering calls, determining needs, presenting the community and apartments, using feature/benefit selling, closing the sale and following up.
• Complete all lease applications and lease file paperwork.
• Maintain accurate lease documentation and participate in lease file audits as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness of the tour path to create a positive first impression of the community.
• Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude with team members, residents, and vendors.
• Assist with planning community events and other projects as assigned.
