Greystar is seeking a Leasing Agent to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins while maintaining show-ready units and reporting in property management software.

Responsibilities include marketing activities, tenant screening, lease renewals, and responsive resident support.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle applications and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Leads leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals; greets prospects, conducts tours, processes applications, and coordinates move-in.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures units are ready for occupancy.
• Develops and executes marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow company policies on concessions and programs.
• Creates traffic using on-site marketing tools and referrals; manages prospect data in systems.
• Follows up with prospects and renewals to secure leases and renewals; assists with lease renewals.
