Greystar is seeking an on-site Leasing Specialist to drive leasing and renewal activity at our communities. You will greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, and prepare leases to maximize occupancy and revenue while ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

You will collaborate with maintenance and management to keep show units in top condition, implement local marketing plans, and follow up with prospects to convert interest into signed leases.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and leasing to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ability to conduct property tours and qualify prospective residents.
• Familiarity with property management software and data entry.

Responsabilités

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments prior to move‑in and coordinate with maintenance for readiness.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Create marketing traffic through internet channels and referrals.
• Track leasing activity and resident data using on-site software.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to secure lease signings.
