Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Agent to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, Tours apartments, process applications, and prepare lease documents to ensure a smooth move-in and renewal process.

The role requires active management of marketing plans, traffic generation, and adherence to policies on concessions and special programs to boost occupancy.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have licenses as required by state/local jurisdictions.
• Must have valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit checks, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance items to ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic to the community.
• Design and execute marketing activities including referrals, employer outreach, Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other sites.
• Use on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, leasing activities, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards through daily inspections and coordination with maintenance.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure lease signings and renewals.
• Support lease renewal processes with letters, packages, and communications ahead of move-out dates.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner concerns and document requests for appropriate action.
