Qualifications

• Experience in leasing apartments and renewals management.
• Strong sales and conversion skills to meet occupancy goals.
• Ability to design and execute marketing plans to drive traffic.
• Proficiency with property management software (OneSite, Yardi).

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspects and prepares apartments for move-in; coordinates with maintenance.
• Develops short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Executes marketing activities and referrals to drive traffic and leases.
• Uses property management software to track availability and data.
• Prepares lease renewals and communicates with renewing residents.
• Responds to resident and owner questions and resolves issues.
