Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a Leasing Coordinator to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal programs across the community. You will greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, and coordinate move-ins while maintaining high resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include monitoring market trends, implementing marketing plans, and using OneSite/Yardi to track data. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong sales and leasing abilities to meet occupancy goals.
• Excellent customer service and resident relations skills.
• Solid marketing knowledge to drive traffic and renewals.
• Clear communication with prospects, residents, and team members.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with residents and clients.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and background checks, prepare leases and move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate with maintenance for any issues.
• Monitor market conditions and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (CraigsList, social media, email).
• Use on-site software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
