Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a Leasing and Marketing Associate to coordinate the community’s leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will handle leasing from prospect greeting to move-in, ensure resident satisfaction, and manage lease renewals.

You will inspect units, implement marketing plans, and use OneSite/Yardi to track data, while coordinating with maintenance to keep show units in top condition.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move-in packages to ensure smooth move-ins and signings.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate any required maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activity; develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and online tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email, etc.).
• Use on-site management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, traffic, leasing activities, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards through daily inspections and coordination with maintenance; prepare leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow-up with prospects and new residents to confirm lease decisions and renewals.
• Support lease renewal program with renewal communications and timely execution of renewal documents.
• Address resident or owner concerns promptly and document requests for appropriate action.
