Responsibilities include inspecting apartments, coordinating move-in readiness, and implementing marketing plans to sustain occupancy while ensuring resident satisfaction and renewals. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales activities to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Ability to manage move-in processes and lease documentation.
• Knowledge of marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Valid driver’s license to operate on-property golf cart.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
